The flavour of the ARO PALACE restaurants is mainly European, with Romanian influences. Altogether there are approximately 300 sorts of meals which are served in those 6 restaurants:

The Column Saloon - 100 places
Belvedere Restaurant - 80 places.

The Night Bar is a reference place of Brasov city and recognized as one of the most special bars in the country. Once modernized, the marble, the wood and stainless steel decorations, the mirrors, the chandeliers and the illuminating bodies, the furniture, the paintings, give a modern and fresh aspect to the classic Night Bar “Aro-Palace”. The day bar was reconfigured and equipped as well with last generation equipments.
The interior is equipped with screen and video-projector and with possibilities of connection with the voice-data network, so that the space of the Night Bar can be used for the organization of conferences as well.
The concept of program had in view the renewal of the tradition of cabaret shows, hello dolly pussycat dolls, romantic duet, French can-can) which used to take place here, about more than two decades ago. The sonorization for the stage, useful in the case of artistic shows life contributes to a great extent to the quality of the show, emphasizing the well-known acoustics of the Night Bar.
